Osos Energy Projects

In collaboration with Tyam Al-Furat Company as a subcontractor, OSOS Energy Company is undertaking the construction and development of pipelines with lengths of up to 4,000 meters, along with the construction of a 10,000 cubic meter capacity storage tanks connected to a dedicated pumping station.

This berth has the complete construction of the jetty, provision of all necessary accessories, electrical and mechanical installations, loading equipment, and a dedicated power station. In addition to engineering, procurement, and construction services, OSOS Energy Company, in partnership with Tyam Al-Furat Company, will operate the jetty for a period of 12 years.

The development of the Al-Ahdab Oil Field involved the installation of pipelines, accessories, and oil valves with various pressures and measurements. The company conducted engineering designs for water injection systems, distribution networks, and implemented work procedures in accordance with standards.

OSOS Energy Company`s team has successfully implemented an advanced and sustainable solution for the Rashid Gas Station, ensuring the efficient and reliable transportation of natural gas. The company has delevered the station with 12-inch diameter pipelines for the natural gas transportation, along with their corresponding accessories and manual and automatic control valves that do not rely on electrical power.

These components have been thoroughly inspected and verified to meet the required standards for a successful project. OSOS Energy Company has taken on the responsibility of monitoring the project›s progress after its execution, ensuring its continued success over a period of several years.

Due to its knowledge and the efficiency of its engineers, OSOS Energy Company has gained the trust of Wetherford International in Basra. As a result, OSOS Energy Company manufactured nine fuel tanks for the Rumeila field, each with a capacity of 100M3, a length of 12M, a thickness of 10mm, and a diameter of 3M. The tanks were double-lined and coated with epoxy.

Based on its expertise and engineering capabilities, OSOS Energy Company has been chosen by GE power to undertake the project of upgrading the gas power station in Kirkuk. This project involves the modernization of turbine units for the international company, Royal Khyber. OSOS Energy Company will provide engineering and industrial support to ensure the successful execution of the project and leverage its expertise in the field.

In cooperation with the Iraqi General Company for Railways and Finnish Company «T-Machines,» OSOS Energy Company has successfully carried out a Wagon trailer modification project. The project involved modifying cargo wagons, with their payload capacity 56 tons and their length of 24m, transforming them into specialized trucks capable of transporting railway equipment such as track maintenance machinery.

OSOS Energy Company has successfully executed this project by the integration of its services, including leadership, design, and manufacturing. Additionally, the combined efforts of its engineers and workers have contributed to providing sustainable and long-lasting solutions.
